Jessica, an entrepreneur at heart, allows her creativity to be the main source of her multifaceted business. Jessica has owned many successful businesses over the years and is excited to have finally found a way to bring them all together under one roof.

At the age of 16, Jessica started her very first business teaching piano lessons. By the age of 18 she taught 15 students which allowed her the financial freedom to enter into a formal education for her second career, hairstyling! In 2010 Jessica graduated from Stewarts School of Cosmetology and began renting her first salon booth.

All throughout Jessica’s life, she has enjoyed singing, playing piano and guitar, especially in service to her church. After 6 years of hairstyling she decided to enter a formal education for “Music in Ministry” through the University of Sioux Falls.

After 2 years of classes, she met her husband, and they moved to Salem, SD to pastor and lead worship for a local church. Jessica set aside her hair career during their time in Salem, but as soon as they had the opportunity to move back home, she reopened her salon.

As for Jessica’s photography career, this was another creative hobby that took off naturally, one client after another. What started as a couple family friends looking for simple and affordable family portraits, turned into another ,and another and…well, you get the point. Jessica enjoys many aspects of portrait photography including, families, seniors, professional headshots and branding. Jessica is excited to now have an indoor studio option which will allow her creative freedom and year round access!
